ANGIE'S MASTER RECIPE: NANA'S ITALIAN FEAST
Angie's Grandmother taught her to make these delicious dishes when she was growing up in Pennsylvania. Spaghetti and Sauce with Meatballs, Sausage, Brasciole and pork cuts, and to top it off, a to-die-for manicotti made with light homemade ricotta cheese and warm crepes.
This master recipe has been followed for generations in the Torcivia family and you will be everybody's new hero if you can pull it off. It takes two to do this so get up early and get busy- food this good takes all day! Serves about 10 people.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with parsley.
Cook the pasta of your choice, drain and add a few ladles of sauce into the pasta. First take out some "clean" pasta for me.
Put all of the meats on a plate, the sauce in a bowl, and tell everyone "Abondanza" or "Bonzai" or whatever it is that she says.
